Delete a Mythborne account

   Sign in to Mythborne

   Open mythborne.net/account and sign in to the account you want to delete.

   Open My Account

   Go to the account settings page and find the account management controls.

   Select Delete my account

   Read the confirmation shown by Mythborne and complete the requested verification.

   Confirm permanent deletion

   After confirmation, access to the account ends and the deletion process begins.

Before deleting Mythborne

Save any information you want to keep and consider other people who share a campaign with you. Deletion is designed to remove your identity from Mythborne without breaking stories, campaign history, purchases, or records that also belong to other users.

Any remaining Mythborne credits or other account-only entitlements become unavailable when the account is deleted. Account deletion does not itself create a refund. Statutory consumer rights and any applicable payment-provider process still apply.

What happens to a Mythborne account

• Access ends: active sessions and authentication credentials are revoked.
• Identity is removed: identifying profile fields are deleted, obfuscated, or replaced with non-identifying values.
• Account artwork is removed: custom profile artwork associated only with the account is deleted.
• The account stays deleted: protected identifier information may be retained so the deleted account is not restored or recreated.
• Shared stories remain usable: campaign and story records may remain without identifying the deleted account, so other participants do not lose collaborative history.

Records that may remain

D4RKNet may retain de-identified shared records and limited purchase, refund, credit-ledger, audit, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records where they remain reasonably required. These records are not kept to continue normal use of the deleted account.

Protected backups expire through their normal rotation. Information removed from active systems may therefore remain in a restricted backup until that backup is replaced or expires.

Account deletion support

Email support@d4rk.net from the email address associated with the account where possible. Include the Service name and your username or account email. Do not send your password, payment card number, or authentication code.

D4RKNet may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before acting. If identity cannot be verified, a request may be limited or refused to protect the account and other users.

JobTracker and other products

JobTracker is currently in development. Until a product-specific self-service process is available, send an account or privacy request to support@d4rk.net.

If an organisation controls JobTracker records about you, contact that organisation first. D4RKNet will route or assist with a valid request where appropriate.
